Bánh này hơi đắng vị chocolate nhưng xã nhà này thích, sáng nhâm nhi với cafe thì thật tuyệt.
90g dark chocolate
110g flour
20g cocoa powder
90g butter
110g sugar
1 sachet de levure chimique (a bit more than 2 teaspoons of baking powder)
1 pinch of salt
1. Heat the oven to 180C (355F)
2. Put the melted butter into a bowl, then add sugar and a bit of salt.
3. Use an wooden spoon to mix until smooth
4. Sift flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder all together
5. Chop roughly the chocolate with a knife, and add to (4).
6. Make a ball of the batter without mixing too much
7. Roll the batter into a roll with a diameter of 4-5 cm.
8. Cut the roll about 1cm each slice
9. Lay the pieces on a baking tray (with a piece of wax paper).
10. Bake for 12 minutes.
11. Cool the cookies until set.
