Strawberries and Cream Milkshake

Serves 2

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup light cream
3/4 cup cold whole milk
1 tablespoon superfine sugar

1. Put the strawberries, cream, milk, and superfine sugar into a food processor and process until smooth.

2. Pour into glasses and serve decorated with mint leaves.
